Shipping policy

PLEASE READ AS WHEN PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS. 

• Currently, we only ship to US & Canada 

 

• Albums DO NOT come with posters unless the poster is contained inside the album (i.e. TXT Thursday's Child TEAR ver.). Please contact us if you have further questions. 

 

• We ship based on the latest pre-order date. If you order an album and/or merch along with a pre-order, unless extra shipping was paid, the entirety of the order will be shipped when the pre-order releases. 

 

• We recycle shipping boxes. Therefore, you may receive packaging in boxes like amazon, etc.. Orders that only contain 1-2 albums are shipped in bubble mailers. If you would prefer for it to be shipped in a box please let us know before the order is shipped!

 

• All packages are sent through Medial Mail or Ground Advantage and are subject to being checked by the USPS.

 

• Please all at least 2-10 business days for processing of your order to be complete. Depending on surges of orders or holidays, this may affect processing times. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it may take longer. However, you can request updates on your order any time. Processing times are not included in the predicted shipping time provided by carries.

• K-UP! is not liable for any damages or accidents that may have incurred while shipping. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post offices. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

• If your order has visible damage, please DO NOT unwrap the product. Contact us immediately! 

 

• We are located in Savannah, GA, shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.
